Shipping & Returns

For complete transparency, here is our return policy: 
We accept returns up to 30 days from original order delivery date. 

  1. Any returned merchandise must include:

      • Original condition product – no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)

      • All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.

      • Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)

  2. For non-damaged returns, the buyer is responsible to cover the cost of return shipping. We deserve the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee and the cost of back-and-forth shipping. For items sold as free shipping, actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

  3. "Inaccurate website description" should accompany the details of the Inaccurate website description, otherwise the restocking fee will apply. 

  4. Every item leaving our warehouse is photographed during packaging and serial numbers are recorded. All returned merchandise is verified against our records. We are not obligated to return the mis-matched item at our cost. We will hold such returns for 30 days after which they will be disposed off if a return label or an acknowledgement from buyer is not received.

  5. All items should be post marked within 15 days of authorized return request.

  6. Motherboards with bent pins will be subjected to 50% restocking fee. CPUs with bent pins will be subjected to 50% restocking fee. 

  7. For international orders, customer is responsible to bear the cost of return shipping.
